Lima

Lima sits on a desert coast under near-permanent marine cloud — the garúa, which greys the light for much of the year and keeps a city of eleven million almost rainless. These frames are from Miraflores, on the cliffs above the Pacific, where the modern city meets a shoreline that drops straight into the sea.
